The Municipality of Mangualde hosted, on the 18th of May, the event “Automotive Project Market”, a project carried out by the national partners of the DRIVES Project - Eupportunity, IDESCOM, Polytechnic of Viseu and University of Minho.

The program integrated relevant conferences on the automotive sector, which aimed to consolidate and sustain the legacy of the DRIVES project. Addressing challenges and opportunities that technological and digital evolution poses to the automotive industry,  namely in the training and requalification of human capital.

In an exhibition of activities and projects, professional schools, universities, polytechnics and research centers were represented, with examples of good practices and innovation in the sector.

This event demonstrated that the Automotive Project Market is an initiative that, within the scope of activities to be carried out by the Ambassadors4Skills&Jobs Program, can and should be installed as a practice of reflection and meeting for those who, in the automotive sector, want to accompany the development of the Automotive Skills Alliance, of which IDESCOM is a member.
