The website www.ambassadors4skills-jobs.com is owned by Associação IDESCOM, a non-profit organization with headquarters at Rua do Faial, nº60, 3.º dto. 2775-800, Carcavelos. The site is also managed by the same association, registered under the unique legal person number 510 153 259 (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “IDESCOM”, “Association” or “IDESCOM Association”).
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Ambassadors4Skills&Jobs, which reserves the right to change the terms and conditions whenever necessary, therefore recommending regular consultations with this section.

1. Content and Property Protection
Website content is understood to be all the information on the website, including text, images, video, design, software and programming code. All this content is property of the IESCOM Association, is protected by copyright under Portuguese and European Union laws - so it cannot be used without the consent, expressly defined as such, of the Association, except for the purposes of private use permitted by law. Any other use of Ambassadors4Skills&Jobs content requires prior written authorization.
By submitting any collaboration (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) to the IDESCOM Association, you agree to grant us, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way we want (including modifying and adapting for operational and editorial reasons).
The copyright of your contribution will remain yours. In order for the Association to use your contribution, please confirm that the work is yours and original and does not contain defamatory messages. The Association will show your name in your contribution, unless otherwise requested, although for operational reasons this may not always be possible.

2. Community Participation
Access to the contents of Ambassadors4Skills&Jobs is completely free and open. To interact in the community, you must connect directly by registering on the website.
Upon entering the community, you agree to:
Accept that this act means that you have read and understood the content of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy;
Respect the rules of the community where it operates, behaving with the civility and rigor that are recognized by Ambassadors4Skills&Jobs;
Keep your personal and non-transferable record, not giving it to third parties;

Receive Ambassadors4Skills&jobs Program Newsletters directly to your email or other promotional or informational emails related to the Program;
All accounts must be registered with a valid email address so that moderation emails can be sent to you. Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice.

3. Access Suspension 
The IDESCOM Association reserves the right to interrupt access to its website whenever necessary and for as long as it deems necessary.

4. Advertising/Sponsorships
The website may contain advertising and other references to commercial brands, products and/or services. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their promotional materials comply with applicable laws and codes – IDESCOM expressly declines any responsibility for errors or inaccuracies that they may contain.
Any relationship established between the user and advertisers or sponsors will be their sole responsibility, and IDESCOM can never be held responsible, except to the extent required by law.
